Booking deposits - to avoid confusion please only pay for a booking deposit after booking an appointment over the phone.
Booking deposits are required for Collins Street Melbourne CBD bookings, or where requested to secure your appointment time, and for bookings in other major capitol cities.

We prefer Booking deposits to be paid via paypal, however If you prefer not to pay a booking deposit via paypal, or experience difficulties doing so, you can always pay either via credit card (Master card or Visa) over the phone or in cash or card at our South Yarra location only, Wednesdays and Saturdays, it is advisable to phone ahead when doing this. We no longer accept cheques and money order booking deposits posted to us unless for a booking made at least one month in advance.

Please note booking deposits are non-refundable however can be transferred to another date, service provided by us or any of our products where more than 14 days notice has been given by you.
